أسِّست هيئة أبوظبي للإسكان في أكتوبر 2012 بموجب القانون رقم (4) الذي أصدره المغفور له الشيخ خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان، طيب الله ثراه، لتطوير المبادرات والبرامج الإسكانية التي تُلبي احتياجات مواطني إمارة أبوظبي. Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) was established in October 2012 under the Decree Number 4 issued by the late Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to develop housing programmes and initiatives to meet the needs of the citizens of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
