New tanks are modeled in 3D software. Manufacturing is controlled electronically during cutting of the raw material and during the forming of the tank envelope. Welding is a combination of automatic, robotic and manual depending on the design being manufactured. Every tank is individually checked for quality and tested to a pressure of 0.4bar to ensure weld integrity.
