Addu Equatorial Hospital (AEH) is a 100-bed tertiary hospital located just south of the equator in the southernmost atoll, Addu City, of the Maldives. It is the first tertiary hospital to be opened beyond the capital city of Male’, which is undoubtedly a bold and visionary decision by President HE Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, to bring accessible and affordable healthcare close to the residents of Addu City and nearby atolls.
