AGISS is an Independent, Non-partisan, Non profit public policy organization. Our Aim is to conduct High Quality research so that the Governing bodies can make better decisions. We believe in strengthening Democracy, Foster the Economic & Social Welfare, Security and Opportunity for all so that we make the world a better place for all of us and the generations to come. Apart from the research, the think tank shall also endeavour to provide Certificate Courses on different laws to Academicians, Legal Researchers, Independent Professionals, Lawyers, Officials in Government or Judiciary, Corporate Executives and other similarly situated people interested in enhancing their knowledge in the field of law. Agiss Research Institute shall also undertake Research studies pertaining to various villages and cities with regards to their progress in terms of Poverty Eradication, Malnutrition in India and other Health issues, Issues pertaining to water scarcity, Pollution and pollutants being discharged in River and other water bodies- especially focusing on the Most Backward districts as listed by Government, problems being faced by Farmers, Infrastructure Related problems and so on. Agiss Research Institute shall also initiate setting up a Volunteer programme for students across all Law Colleges so as to work on a talent hunt programme for facilitating them in learning nuances of law and legal research and also assisting in the preparation of analysis of Important Case laws affecting people directly such as PIL Matters, Tax Law matters, Policy matters, Constitutional Issues whereby Judgments have been pronounced by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble High Courts. AGISS shall also work in conjunction with various Policy making bodies so as to assist them in the important fields of research for the welfare of the people and shall also organise Seminars, Conferences, Workshops to enlighten people on pressing issues in the society.
