Agribrasil is a grain origination and export company with 100% Brazilian capital, headquartered in São Paulo, and a fully owned subsidiary in Switzerland that facilitates sales to the international market. Founded by Frederico Humberg, former CEO of Gavilon do Brasil, Agribrasil began its operations in 2016 and is now the majority shareholder of TESC. The company sources soybeans and corn from cooperatives, resellers, and large-scale producers across rural Brazil, overseeing logistics and selling the commodities via vessels for export. Operating under high standards of corporate governance, Agribrasil is also responsible for risk management and the supply chain logistics. In addition to its headquarters in São Paulo, the company has branches in several Brazilian states: Mato Grosso, Paraná, Bahia, Pará, Goiás, and Rio Grande do Sul. To efficiently deliver goods internationally, Agribrasil operates in key national export corridors, including TESC, Santos, Paranaguá, Miritituba, Barcarena, Ilhéus, and Santana.
