Al Tayseer Healthcare Group (THG) is an Egyptian healthcare investment platform started in the nineties with the aim of enhancing the quality and accessibility of health care in Egypt. Our vision is to create the leading integrated healthcare group in North Egypt, operating across healthcare delivery segments (Inpatient, outpatient, diagnostics and homecare), providing high quality healthcare at affordable prices. To achieve this, we utilize both organic and inorganic initiatives to expand geographic footprint of our hospitals across Delta, Alexandria and Canal cities to create one the biggest hub-and-spoke healthcare networks in Egypt. To complement our expansion, we are investing in expanding into outpatient clinics facilities and medical laboratories networks to better serve our customers where they are. THG’s flagship hospital, Al Tayseer International Hospital in Zagazig, is the largest standalone hospital in the Delta region. It was founded in 1997 by Dr. Mohamed Zaki Gazar to be the first purpose-built private hospital in the Delta region. The hospital operates in a prime location in city of Zagazig, about 50 minutes north of Cairo. It has quickly grown to become the largest private hospital in Delta region, drawing patients from all over Delta, Canal Cities and Sinai peninsula, building its reputation through its 24/7 fully staffed emergency department and specialty centers, making it the first resort for patients from across the region for both acute and planned operations.
