Amandina Bumi Nusantara

Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia, one of the largest plastic beverage manufacturing in Indonesia, and Dynapack Asia, the largest plastic packaging company, has established a joint venture named PT Amandina Bumi Nusantara as a recycling facility that provides a way to build bottle-to-bottle grade PET recycling in Indonesia, creating a closed-loop cycle for plastic packaging. The facility will enable us to produce plastic bottles made from recycled plastic and reduce the amount of new plastic resin company used by an estimated 25,000 tonnes each year by 2022. The establishment of rPET facility will help to stimulate the recycling industry and accelerate the improvement in recycling rate, in line with the government roadmap in waste management.
