The Association of Progressive Rental Organizations (APRO), the international voice for the lease purchase industry since 1980, is the nonprofit trade association advocating and representing the lease purchase retail industry before the U.S. Congress, Internal Revenue Service, state legislatures, the courts, media and the public.
