Asian University of Bangladesh (Bengali: এশিয়ান ইউনিভার্সিটি অফ বাংলাদেশ) or AUB is a private, coeducational university in Bangladesh. It was established on January 4th, 1996 by the Private University Act 1992. The university is affiliated by University Grants Commission (Bangladesh) and managed by Asian University Trust.
