Atletica has been established as a private Gymnastics Academy that aims at providing a healthier mental and physical training to our gymnasts using professional standards to guarantee high-quality training objectives are being met. Our main objective is to build a capable, self-confident & self-motivated generation of gymnasts who enjoy practicing the sport of gymnastics in a stress-free & emotionally stable environment. FOUNDER PROFILES Sarah Sherif is a former international Rhythmic Gymnast and member of the Egyptian National Team. During her career, she won 1st place in several Egyptian National Competitions, won 2nd place in the African-Championship in 2002 and presented Egypt in many international championships in Bulgaria, France, Belgium, Japan and Algeria and the 2006 Corbeil-Essonnes World Cup. After 16 dedicated years to the sport as a gymnast, Sarah shifted her dedication to coaching and judging. Sarah is a certified International Rhythmic Gymnastics judge and a certified international UGI Fitness Instructor. Amr Asser Sherif is a former international artistic gymnastic athlete and member of the Egyptian National Team in both junior and senior levels, he pursued his sports career in gymnastics for 20 years of solid experience, competed and presented Egypt in international world tournaments as in Ukraine “Stella Zakharova Cup” in 2012. Also won 1st place in the Arab Championship held in Egypt in 2004. He also achieved remarkable record winning 1st place in both nationals and regionals completions in Egypt during his career in both junior & senior levels. He also participated in worldwide international training camps in France, Hungary, Bulgaria & Ukraine. After 20 years of dedication in gymnastics, Amr continued his sports career as a fitness guru & a successful marketer in different industry sectors as BNP Paribas, Vodafone, Procter & Gamble. OUR PROGRAMS RHYTHM-FIT® is a rhythmic gymnastics program that is adopted by Atletica & was founded in 2012 by Sarah Sherif. Its different levels ensure that each gymnast is offered the suitable amount of training hours to help acquire and master set of skills, body difficulties and RG apparatuses that are assessed using tangible measures. ARTISTIC-FIT® is an artistic gymnastics program eligible for both boys & girls that is adopted by Atletica & was founded in 2018 by Amr Asser. learning basic artistic gymnastics movements, our exercises focus on strengthening and stretching all body muscles, enhancing coordination between flexibility and fitness through circuit training.
