Baani Milk Producer Organization

Baani Milk Producer Organization was incorporated on 11th August 2014 under the provisions of sub-section 2 of section 7 of the companies’ act, 2013 with its head office located at Patiala in Punjab. Baani started its business operations from 06th November 2014 and is currently operating in eight districts of Punjab. It is functioning as an independent organization with its key objectives to procure milk by pooling, purchasing, processing of milk, its products and marketing the same to create maximum value for its all stakeholders—which is achieved by designing and administering appropriate animal nutrition plans, animal breeding technology and at the same time provide good quality milk and milk products at best the competitive cost to the customers. Baani is based on a holistic model to take India’s dairy production to new heights by- animal nutrition methodologies and resulting in enhanced productivity. Ensuring better quality of life to marginal farmers and encourage women farmers in India and particularly in Punjab.
