Bahrain Labour Market Regulatory Authority A Government Regulatory body dedicated to reforming and regulating the Labour Market in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Established in 2006 by Law through Decree No 19 for the year 2006, the Authority is authorized to regulate work permits, licensing recruitment (manpower) agencies, employment offices and foreign business proprietors working in the kingdom of Bahrain. Some of the LMRA’s flagship programs are the Expat workers Protection and Grievance Department, Labour Registration Project, the Wage Protection System. The Authority strives to safeguard the rights of all parties associated with the Labour Market and endeavors with other competent government bodies to provide state for art services as a ‘one stop’ shop model with fast , accurate and efficient services for all its clients. هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل - البحرين هيئة تنظيمية حكومية مكرسة لإصلاح وتنظيم سوق العمل في مملكة البحرين. أنشئت في عام 2006 بموجب القانون بالمرسوم رقم 19 لعام 2006 ، بسلطة مخولة بتنظيم تصاريح العمل ، وترخيص وكالات التوظيف (القوى العاملة) ، ومكاتب التوظيف وأصحاب الأعمال الأجانب العاملين في مملكة البحرين. بعض الخدمات الرئيسية لهيئة تنظيم سوق العمل تتمحور حول إدارة وحماية شكاوى العمال الوافدين، وتسجيل العمالة الاجنبية، ونظام حماية الأجور. تسعى الهيئة جاهدة لحماية حقوق جميع الأطراف المرتبطة بسوق العمل وتسعى مع الهيئات الحكومية المختصة الأخرى لتقديم أحدث الخدمات الفنية مع خدمات سريعة ودقيقة وفعالة لجميع عملائها.
