Belair Builders, Inc., (d.b.a. Belair Sitework Services), is a full service Sitework Contractor. Belair Sitework Services was started in 1953 and has evolved into a premiere national contracting company focusing on utility, earthwork, demolition and environmental construction. Since our founding, we have grown to a staff of over 50 and a field force of more than 300 employees.
