The adventure of our family and independent company on a human scale began more than 40 years ago. We owe our success to the entrepreneurial spirit of Gilles and Marie-Jo Fonteneau, who, faced with the success of their bakery in Chavagnes en Paillers, decided to offer their brioches to all French people. Today, their children co-manage the company and share the same passion for the product. They wish to perpetuate the traditional and family values on which the company has always been built. By being a pioneer in the mass retail market, Brioches Fonteneau has become a key partner for premium private labels. We take great care to ensure the quality and traceability of our products. Our ingredients are rigorously selected (pure butter, fresh eggs, IGP flour) and of French origin. We respect the Vendée baking know-how perpetuated for generations. Our brioches are handmade and we make our own sourdough. We innovate every day to offer formats and recipes in accordance with consumer tastes. Braided brioches, sliced brioches, mini sizes or other delicious brioche, our products are acclaimed in France and abroad for their quality and taste, making us the leading manufacturer of IGP and Label Rouge certified Brioches Vendéennes and Gâches Vendéennes. Today we are 250 people to make this Vendée company live and shine, all with the same desire to please our consumers !
