Our core business is design & construction ( shell & core, fit-out, renovation) works of different types of commercial and residential buildings such as hotels, offices, banks, shops, etc. Over 25 years, we have completed successfully more than 400 projects of different volumes and difficulties. Some of our reputable shell & core projects are “Aerodom”, “Smart Park”, “Bolshevik” Business Centers, and fit-out projects such as Barvikha Hotel & SPA, “ Crowne Plaza”, headquarter buildings of “Raiffeisen Bank”, “ mail.ru” “Yandex” as well as the extension of “Microsoft” Moscow Office. We have supplied and installed FFE and engineering equipment on stated hotel projects.
