The Bukidnon II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BUSECO) is a distribution utility operating in the northern part of Bukidnon. It envisions a comprehensive 10-year development program designed to satisfy the ever insatiable needs of the member consumer towards a more reliable, viable and efficient electric cooperative. In the light of industry reforms, utilities feel the pressing need of operating efficiently, competitively and proactively, while addressing the consumer requirements of power quality and the mandate of electrifying the countryside. The seemingly conflicting concerns put the electric cooperatives in a difficult situation, more so that electric distribution utilities are highly regulated.
