Located in Northwestern Orange County, California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy provides physical therapy for all types of orthopedic, neurologic, and post surgical diagnoses. Our Staff includes a physical therapist and physical therapist assistant for outpatient referrals, an occupational therapist (CHT) for hand, wrist, and elbow referrals, and a physical therapist for the treatment of lymphedema.
