Cape Fruit Processors (Pty) Ltd

Since the mid 1990's, Cape Fruit Processors has specialized in the processing of fruit into value added products for the food and beverage industry. Locally and internationally, our company is acknowledged for its quality product and management philosophy of keeping abreast with market requirements in modern day fruit processing. CFP was founded in 1996 by Mr. Vonnie Thalwitzer, who started the business with the founding of the first factory in Paarl. Our factory in Malelane soon joined forces with Paarl to become part of the Vonnie Thalwitzer Group of Companies. In 2008 CFP built a new plant in Kirkwood and in 2011 our newly built factory in Hoedspruit became operational. In 2012 CFP, in partnership with the Citrusdal fruit producers, acquired a 5th processing plant in the heart of Citrusdal.
