CASPIAN PIPE COATINGS LLC

In 2002, by the initiative of Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the First Vice President of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic at that time, a pipe coating factory was established in Baku as a result of the implementation of the “New Oil Strategy”, the foundation of which was laid by Heydar Aliyev - the National Leader of Azerbaijan, after signing “the Contract of the Century” in 1994. “Caspian Pipe Coatings” LLC was re-registered as an entirely local company in 2007. The founders of CPC are SOCAR and Azertrans and their main customers are SOCAR and BP. CPC is the only company in the Caspian region that delivers services on external/internal anti-corrosion and concrete weight coating of pipes used in the construction of main pipelines in the oil and gas industry. Since its foundation, “Caspian Pipe Coatings” LLC has participated in a range of large-scale projects implemented in-country and abroad, customers of which were BP/AIOC, SOCAR, and other local and foreign companies. During the last 17 years, the CPC implemented isolation of 2600 km of different sized pipes. The Director of the “Caspian Pipe Coatings” LLC is Mr. Azer N. Isayev.
