Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS)

Founded in 1984 , CASS is Arizona’s largest and longest serving emergency shelter program serving people experiencing homelessness. CASS is a front door to getting people off the streets, with the primary goals to: • Provide safe emergency shelter to adults and families; • Help people get back into housing, as well as stay housed; and • Assist individuals towards stability.
