CCSEM was formed to address the changing human needs by providing the highest level of professional services for families and individuals in the counties of the Archdiocese of Detroit while maintaining respect for ethnic, religious, and racial diversity, and recognizing the differences that exist and the related variety of needs within the geographic areas served. CCSEM operates various programs and services through 14 office locations in the six counties of the Archdiocese of Detroit. (Monroe, Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, Lapeer and St Clair) Our programs and services include: Adoption, Foster Care, and Supervised Independent Living; Adult Day Health Services; the All Saints Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry; La Cases Amiga (Hispanic Outreach Services); Behavioral and Mental Health Counseling; Substance Use Disorder Counseling; Project Hope (pro-life ministry); and Senior Volunteer Services.
