TRANSITIONAL AGE YOUTH COORDINATION (TAY): Supports youth transitioning from child welfare to adult services. Assists with the development of a transition plan and coordinates services as youth moves into adulthood.
COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN (CAPC) and CANADA PRENATAL NUTRITION PROGRAM (MOTHERCARE): Promotes the healthy development of children (0 to 6 years) living with parents who are young or have low-incomes.

REGIONAL COMPLEX CARE SERVICES: Works with families who have children 0-18 years of age. Children/families are referred to our service through Intensive Service Coordination Services. Intensive Service Coordination will make sure that all other community options for services have been considered first.
