The Center for Strategic Initiatives (CSI) provides management consulting services in Strategy, Corporate Finance, Operations Improvement and Organization Design for the largest private and state-owned enterprises in Central Asia. We also cater for the Government of Kazakhstan’s strategic advisory needs on a number of economic reforms and policymaking. We are a dynamic and rapidly growing team of 90 professionals.
