Century Peak Cement Manufacturing Corporation was officially registered with the Security and Exchange Commission on September 17, 2017. On January 2, 2018, it was registered with the Board of Investments with the Certificate of Registration No. 2018-015, stating that the company’s mining and extraction of cement in Pinamungajan, Cebu has been certified as a New Producer of Cement on a Non-Pioneer Status in accordance with the Omnibus Investments Code of 1987.
