Certitude is London's leading adult social care provider for people living with learning disabilities, autism, mental health support needs and their families and carers. We support over 1,600 people in 16 London boroughs. As a not-for-profit organisation, we have been working across London since 1990. On 1 April 2020, Yarrow joined the Certitude Group.
