CETIM SA is active since 1996 as investment advisor, owner’s representative, project manager and quantity surveyor for major Belgian and international developers and investors such as AG Real Estate, ALIDES, BEFIMMO, BESIX RED, CODIC, IMMOBEL and IVG. 

It is also the asset manager and co-investor for the two Optimmo-funds of which it took the initiative with Bank Degroof Petercam.

CETIM SA is on the other hand an independent actor on the real estate market and an active investor/developer for own account or for third parties, in Belgium, France and Portugal for the time being.
