Chemo Test Laboratory is a government approved testing laboratory having its units at Sewri, Mumbai & Pawane, Navi Mumbai. Established in 1984, the firm is headed by Dr. Atul Pusalkar and Dr. Borna Basu. The laboratory is having various testing departments like Chemical, Instrumentation, Microbiology and Sterility, Stability studies equipped with all sophisticated instruments and is actively engaged in catering to the needs of Pharma, Food, Cosmetics, Chemical, Ayurvedic and Herbal industry. Managed by a family of Doctorates, Chemo Test Laboratory has been into the Quality control industry for more than 4 decades, supporting various National and overseas companies for their third party testing, research and development work. The main activity of the laboratory is to carry out analysis of the samples as per required specifications and submit the report to the customers. The samples of Drugs and Cosmetics are analyzed as per various pharmacopoeias, in house specifications or as per BIS in force and reports are submitted in Form No. 39 as required by the Drug and Cosmetics act. Chemo Test Laboratory abides and implements all the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (NABL), ISO9001:2015 and FDA regulatory documents. Besides the main activity it also offers services in the field of Research & Development like method development and validation, Impurity profiling, Nitrosamines testing, Leachable and extractable, Genotoxic impurities, Elemental impurity profiling, Pesticides and mycotoxins testing and Stability studies as per ICH/WHO/USFDA guidelines. Chemo Test Laboratory also conducts pre shipment testing of goods to be exported for the various countries. Chemo Test Laboratory has expanded its facility by constructing additional work area of 16,000 sq.ft. at Pawane MIDC, wherein more sophisticated equipment will be installed. This is to increase the capacity and to vouch for the new business especially for testing in the field of Agriculture and research and development.
