Circa Enterprises Inc.

Circa's operations consisted of two business lines: Telecom - based in Calgary, Alberta, the Telecom segment designed, manufactured and sold high performance telecommunications equipment under the brand names Circa, Guardian Telecom, Teletics, Westronic and Protalk; and Metals - based in Vaughan, Ontario, the Metals segment designed, manufactured and sold metering equipment, enclosures, pole line hardware and other products the Canadian electrical industry under the brand name Hydel. Circa was amalgamated on April 13, 2023 with Sicame Amalco Inc. and the amalgamated company was continued as Hydel Inc. Concurrent with the amalgamation, the Telecom segment assets were sold to Guardian Telecom Ltd.
