City of Fulton

The City of Fulton serves as the county seat for Callaway County in Missouri. Along with a thriving downtown focused on local businesses, the city is home to America's National Churchill Museum, Westminster College, William Woods University, the Missouri State School for the Deaf and Fulton State Hospital.
