To embark on a pro-active working partnership with neighbors, businesses and elected officials in obtaining a common goal of safer, cleaner neighborhoods in which families are not afraid to walk the streets. To decentralize and bring the officers back to the citizens they represent. To become the benchmark by which other communities and Police Departments measure their success.
