City of uMhlathuze

The City of uMhlathuze is a municipality serving the Richards Bay, Empangeni, eSikhaleni, eNseleni, Vulindlela, Ngwelezane and Port Durnford areas on the north coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal. It is home to the deepest port in Africa and one of the largest bulk terminals in the world.
