The Clara Resorts Group has been in existence for 23 years. It began as a small inn and today consists of three units: Clara Dourado Resorts, Clara Ibiúna Resort, and Clara Arte, totaling 309 apartments in operation and 46 bungalows in Inhotim, set to open in December 2024. Respect for the environment, belief in transformative education, and commitment to community development are essential pillars of Clara Resorts. In 2024, we began participating in the UN Global Compact, joining a broad corporate network dedicated to sustainable initiatives. The Santa Clara Eco Resort has 23 years of operation, 146 apartments, and has been voted the Best Family Hotel in South America three times. Located in a 360-hectare area with lush greenery, two waterfalls, and native forests, it stands out for impeccable family service and nature-based activities. Clara Ibiúna opened in December 2017 and celebrates its seventh anniversary this year. It currently has 163 apartments and is located on Fazenda Santa Izabel, covering 56 hectares on the shores of the Itupararanga reservoir. The architectural project by Cláudio Bernardes and Daniel Fromer, along with Marina Linhares' interior design, adds charm to the resort. It is known for excellent family service and offers water sports, adventure activities, and nature experiences. Clara Arte will initially feature 45 bungalows. Its original project by architect Freusa Zeichmeister was started by Bernardo Paz but halted for years. In 2023, Clara Resorts took over, updating it with the Hemisterio architectural firm. This will be one of two luxury hotels that Clara plans to build in the cultural complex. Additionally, we will develop a new project, to be inaugurated in the next two years. Stay tuned!
