Co-Ownership

There are lots of reasons why you might need a little help when buying a home and that’s where we come in. Co-Ownership is a not-for-profit organisation that helps people become homeowners. We have three ways to help people: Co-Own, Co-Own for Over 55s and Rent to Own. Since 1978 we have helped over 33,000 people buy a home in Northern Ireland, and currently have over 10,500 co-owners. We are a registered charity and are regulated and part funded by the Department for Communities.
