Our office is responsible for many important programs, including: -- Oversight of all elections in the state, including voter registration and campaign finance. -- Registration of businesses, trade names, and trademarks. -- Regulation of notaries public, charitable organizations, and bingo/raffle licenses. -- Publication of administrative rules and guidance for rulemaking in state agencies. -- Oversight for use of the Colorado State Seal.
