Behavioral Health Services of Wyoming Valley will provide an integrated behavioral healthcare delivery system consisting of a comprehensive and accessible range of coordinated services to meet the mental health, mental retardation, and substance abuse needs of its client/patients, their families, significant others, and the community at large regardless of age, religion, income, sex, national origin or disability.
