Community Pathways, Inc.

Community Pathways, Inc. is a support services brokerage and 501(c)(3) nonprofit assisting adults with a developmental disability to access, plan, and monitor the supports and services they need and want to live self-determined lives in the community. We serve over 500 individuals living in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties in Oregon.
