About Us Community Property Managers Group, Inc (CPMGI) is a property management company and subsidiary of PHINMA Properties Holding Corporation (PPHC). From being an exclusive Estate Managers of PHINMA Properties, CPMGI is now serving other communities/projects nationwide.
