Componente is an Investment Company created in 2003 to manage João Paulo Diniz´s business ventures. The entrepreneur´s passion for sports and interest in world-class cuisine are reflected in his investment choices. Componente´s current portfolio features businesses related to the gastronomic universe, such as the Forneria Group, Restaurant´s Ecco and Dressing and the food and beverage distributor, Globalbev. The portfolio also comprises businesses in the sports industry, such as the Bodytech Group, Brazil´s largest gym franchise, and RC Bikes, a company specialized in selling bicycles.
