Condorelli, a family history that has marked a turning point, becoming the best-known Sicilian artisan reality in Italy. Cavaliere Francesco Condorelli, in the late 1980s, from his artisan confectionery shop in Belpasso, had the vision to reinvent nougat, one of the symbolic products of the Italian confectionery tradition, creating the 'Torroncino morbido monodose'. At the end of the 1980s, Condorelli embarked on a marketing and communication policy that allowed, within a few years, to establish the brand in Italy and abroad. Passion, innovation and talent have always been ingredients that guide the company at all stages, respecting tradition, with a careful eye on evolution and market demands. The high quality of the carefully selected raw materials, the extraordinary richness of the ingredients, the ancient recipes and the artisanal mastery give life, every day, to products of excellence, enriching the great Italian gastronomic heritage. Product quality cannot ignore respect for hygiene standards. Condorelli has therefore developed a control system to guarantee the highest standards at every stage, from production to sale. Our R&D department constantly applies controls on suppliers, the logistics network and the points of sale in order to guarantee the process. The Condorelli company today is headed by sole director Giuseppe Condorelli. In Belpasso, Catania, in the 8,000 square metre production plant, Condorelli with his collaborators, 41 permanent and 45 seasonal employees, today produces over 160 references, always with the same care as the original and unique torroncino.
