Connecting Dreams Foundation- SBSC Chapter

Connecting Dreams Foundation-SBSC provide the youth with an opportunity to empower people through entrepreneurial action to improve their livelihoods in an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable way, thus converting their dreams into reality. We work to bring about a sustainable and scalable change by working along the lines of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as defined by the United Nations. CDF SBSC Chapter is working to utilize the potential of the youth and directing it towards activities that will lead to inclusive social development, enabling the achievement of SDGs. CDF SBSC Chapter works along the lines of the 3C model. Each project is based on the same. First phase is collecting dreams, that is the "collect" phase, to identify the needs and challenges faced by nearby communities. Then is to "create" solutions, to ideate with the volunteering youth to create sustainable long-term solutions for the community. The next phase is to "change" lives, to help create a sustainable model for each of the initiatives so that the project effectively empowers the community.
