Who We Are Boyd and Jan Harrell founded C.O.O.L. (Christ Over Our Life) Ministries, Inc. in 1999. We are a multi-faceted outreach ministry-focused on results in recovery-God's way. Some of the activities sponsored by C.O.O.L. Ministries are: C.O.O.L Prison Ministry C.O.O.L. Church C.O.O.L. Youth C.O.O.L. Counseling - Belief Therapy Our Mission C.O.O.L. (Christ Over Our Life) Ministries, Inc. is dedicated to delivering the Word of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide, and maturing disciples for Jesus Christ. We believe in the true and living God. We carry the message of hope and that recovery from all forms of sin is possible through a complete surrender to Jesus Christ.
