Coosa Valley Medical Center

Coosa Valley Medical Center’s Care Team remains the largest employer in the city of Sylacauga, with 550+ team members, 40 volunteers, nearly 112 physicians credentialed to practice along with an additional 46 physician assistants/nurse practitioners. The hospital has a state-of-the-art 168-bed facility, with plans for added services on the horizon. The Emergency Department treats approximately 30,000 patients annually. Ambulatory/Outpatient Services provide treatment annually to over 80,000 patients.
