COPIA: The American Center for Wine, Food & the Arts is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit cultural center and museum whose mission is to investigate and celebrate the culture of the collective table through wine, food and the arts. Located on the banks of the Napa River in the heart of California’s Wine Country, COPIA first opened its doors to the public in November 2001 and offers a daily menu of visitor experiences, including wine and food programs and demonstrations, tours of the organic Edible Gardens, children’s programs and tours, and permanent and changing exhibitions that complement COPIA’s mission.
