Cornell Society for Women in Business

The Society for Women in Business (SWIB) is the largest undergraduate business organization for women at Cornell University, with a network of over 2,200 members. As a registered student organization, SWIB connects students of all majors and with distinguished professionals across industries, fostering a dynamic community of future business leaders. Our mission is to empower women in business through education, experience, and global networking opportunities. Through research initiatives, speaker events, industry panels, skill-building workshops, and high-impact networking engagements, we equip our members with the resources to excel both personally and professionally. Additionally, our extensive global network allows members to engage with industry leaders, alumni, and peers worldwide, expanding their opportunities beyond Cornell.
