Cortex helps post-acute leaders manage patient experience, utilizing our nationwide network of stay-at-home RNs to complete patient follow-up calls. Coupled with digital employee survey technology, Cortex helps leaders reduce employee turnover, improve patient satisfaction, and ultimately become the provider of choice in their respective markets. The most successful post-acute leaders listen and act on feedback. As part of our platform, Cortex enables Registered Nurses to participate in a variety of ways.
