Chicago-based Cotter Consulting works with its clients to provide comprehensive program management, project management, and construction management services for planning and implementing projects in the built environment. We have over 35 years of experience providing our clients in the aviation, buildings, energy, federal, and transportation markets with the exceptional services needed for a successful project. The Cotter team is made up of over 125 architects, engineers, construction managers, commissioning agents, and LEED APs. Our team is our greatest asset. We tailor our services and staffing to meet the needs of each client, organization, and project. From preconstruction to closeout phase, Cotter provides the people to lead our clients’ projects to success.
