CPEA - Consultoria Paulista de Estudos Ambientais is a limited liability company, founded on October 15th, 2000, with headquarter in the city of São Paulo. On March 1st, 2006, an affiliated company was founded in the city of Santos; The company renders services throughout the national territory, addressing the environmental needs for the mining, agriculture, industry, real-estate development and infrastructure (energy, sanitation, port, transportation and communication) sectors; CPEA was created with the purpose of carrying out environmental studies in order to advise and guide persons and legal entities in preventive and corrective actions for the environmental impact resulting from their activities and to produce solutions for the licensing and environmental management of projects, as well as to perform in the recovery of degraded or contaminated areas; CPEA has developed more than 400 projects for some of the most important local companies in the public and private sectors, in the following areas; Ports and terminal ports for containers, liquid (chemicals and flammables) and solid materials (fertilizers, soil and sugar); Energy (hydroelectric and thermoelectric plants, fuel retailers, gas and oil pipelines); Mining (iron, lead, asbestos, kaolin, limestone, phosphate, clay, crushed stone and sand); Road and railroad transport terminals; Basic sanitation (water sourcing for public supply systems, water and sewage treatment); Communication (mobile telephone antennas); Industry (glass, automotive, metallurgy and fertilizers); Tourism and real estate businesses (marinas, land plots, condominiums and cemeteries); Urban infrastructure (urban intervention projects, urban drainage, sewage network and housing).
