College of Petroleum Engineering & Geosciences (CPG) - born out of King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, which has a rich legacy of academic excellence. We intend to build on the legacy, expanding the University’s research capabilities in a way that could never have been imagined. And let’s not forget that the College sits, literally, on the birthplace of modern petroleum production, the Dammam Dome. The College of Petroleum Engineering & Geosciences offers a combination of three things that cannot be matched by any other college in the world: integration, industry access and legacy. It’s a place where people can learn, study and work together to advance the sustained delivery of reliable energy, with minimum impact on the environment.
