CBW opened its first store in St. Louis, MO in 1994. It was the first casual, healthy food restaurant in the area. While we have continually evolved and expanded over the years, we continue to serve fresh, real food that is made from scratch daily. It is our goal to provide healthy, minimally processed food that is good for the body as well as the mind.
