Crisis Services of North Alabama provides crisis counseling and assistance to individuals in emotional distress, including victims of intimate partner violence and sexual assault. We are the sole provider of Forensic Nursing in the region, with highly trained nurses conducting rape examinations. Our HELPline operates 24/7, staffed by compassionate volunteers who connect callers to community resources. We serve Jackson, Limestone, Madison, and Morgan counties with care, prioritizing confidentiality and understanding individual needs.
